About Velondra
People cooking. People coming over.
A spare chair and something on the stove. Not a restaurant. Not delivery.
Velondra is for the night you’d rather sit in someone’s kitchen than book a restaurant. A home cook opens a night. You say you’re coming. You go to their home and eat.
Not a supper club with a velvet rope. Just homemade food, in a real kitchen — in Tokyo, Accra, Oaxaca, or wherever you are.
You pay the cook at the table — cash or card. Both of you leave a few words after. That’s the whole idea.
